Discover a World Where Movement is Unrestricted and Pain-Free
Hi, I’m Josh Kelley - a board certified structural integrator and deep tissue massage specialist and your guide to rediscovering the joy of a pain-free, mobile life.
My journey began amidst persistent aches, chronic tension, inflexibility, and a resigned acceptance that “this is just aging.” However, I uncovered the truth: these issues were deeply rooted in long-ignored tension patterns, caused by past injuries, stress, and poor posture, affecting not only my muscles but my fascial system as well.
Unlocking the Secrets of the Fascial System
The fascial system, our body’s intricate web of connective tissue, when healthy, acts like a rubber band - stretching, adapting, and absorbing physical stress. However, under chronic tension, it loses its pliability, limiting our movement and making us prone to injury, stiff, and inflexible.
Your Journey to Wellness Starts Here
In navigating my own path to wellness through yoga, deep tissue massage, meditation, and notably, structural integration, I unearthed not just solutions, but a profound connection and understanding of my own body.
Empowerment Beyond Pain-Relief
Let’s venture beyond temporary solutions. My approach, honed by my personal journey and professional expertise, offers not just a respite from pain but a re-education of your body, establishing a newfound balance between tension and movement.

Structural Integration
Structural integration is a multi-session protocol of deep, slow fascial and myofascial manipulation coupled with movement re-education. Our history: habits, hobbies, past injuries, and posture all shape how we stand, sit, and move. Over time we develop body-wide patterns of compensation that we become “stuck” in. Structural integration is designed to address these body-wide patterns of restriction. It is best to think of this type of work as a project where there is a beginning, middle, and end. The beginning sessions will address superficial patterns of tension. The middle of the project will address deeper, core tension patterns, and the end of project sessions will integrate the previous work into new movement patterns and mind-body connection. On average the full series involves 12, 90 minute sessions: 4 superficial, 4 core, 4 integrative sessions.
If you are curious about how a structural integration series can help you but you are unsure about committing to the full 12-Series then I recommend first reaching out because I am happy to talk and second, completing up to session 3 makes an excellent stopping point before continuing on to the rest of the series.
Integrative Deep Tissue Massage
The goal here is to release muscle tension for a whole-body sense of well-being and to get you back to doing life at your best. This style of work is great for focusing on muscle tension or a specific injury. When coming in with an injury, chronic tension, when actively training, or experiencing acute inflammation, sessions will likely be more focused.
